Sixers Granola

Named after the Sixers because I was watching the game while making it, duh! This is so easy to make and such a great alternative to store bought granola, which can usually contain lots of unseen preservatives. Here is the recipe:


3 cups of oats

handful of almonds, chopped

handful of hemp seeds

2 +1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

*all ingredients are organic


Scoop oats and hemp seeds onto a baking sheet (no parchment paper). Chop up your almonds to desired size and add onto pan. In a bowl mix coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and a bit of salt. Whisk and pour over your oat mix. Mix with your hands until the oats are fully covered. add a pinch of salt on top of everything. cook at 315º F for 18-20 mins or until at desired crunchiness.
