Baked Brownie Oatmeal


Ingredients:


1/2 cup oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp cacao powder

dash of cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

dash of vanilla

1 tsp maple syrup

1/2 cup almond milk


Directions:


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Pour mixture into an oven-safe bowl, I used a ramekin.

  3. Bake at 350ºF for 23-25 minutes.

  4. Add whatever toppings you like and enjoy! :)


For the peanut butter sauce:


Mix equal parts peanut butter and maple syrup. That's


it!

Optional: add a dash of vanilla.
