Protein Waffles

Ingredients:

Wet

- 1 cup almond milk

- 2 eggs

- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

- splash of vanilla extract


Dry

- 1 cup flour

- 1/2 cup protein powder

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp baking soda


Directions:

1. Preheat waffle maker.

2. Mix all wet ingredients. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

3. Slowly add the wet mix into the dry mix until fully combined.

4. Spray waffle maker with cooking spray (I like coconut oil spray).

5. Add 1/2 cup of the mix in the waffle maker and cook for about 3 mins (you might have to cook longer or shorter depending on what kind of waffle maker you have).

6. Top with whatever you like! I used a bit of maple syrup and raspberries.
