Protein Overnight Oats

Super easy and delicious breakfast. Takes only about 5 mins of prep!


Ingredients:


1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup almond milk

2 scoops protein powder flavor of choice

1 tbsp honey

handful of hemp seeds


Directions:


1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Store in air tight container in refrigerator overnight, or for at least 3 hours.

3. When finished the next day, top with whatever you like!
