My favorite workout classes

Here are my top 5 favorite workout classes! (not in any particular order, I love them all equally!)


1. Soulcycle

- if you know me, you know Soul is pretty much one of the only things I talk about. All of the staff and instructors are so friendly. It is such a fun and uplifting class, I always feel so good after I'm done.


2. Solidcore


- If you are feeling like you need a new challenging workout, Solidcore will do it for you. This might be one of the hardest classes I've ever taken. It is very ab stability and leg focused. You will be shaking the whole class!


3. Barre3


- Barre3 is a ballet inspired workout. This is a great workout if you are looking to tone your muscles.


4. Rumble


- This is one of my all time fav workouts. If you are looking for a HIIT and strength style workout, this is the workout for you. You spend half of the 45 minute class on the punching bags and half on the benches doing weights/strength. (if you are from Philly, my fav instructors are Beth Gold and Leroy Mapp!!)


5. Shape House


- although this is not really a workout its still amazing. They only have these in NYC though. You lay in a heated sleeve for 45 mins and sweat like crazy!
