2 Ingredient Bagels

These bagels are absolutely delicious, simple and super customizable!


Ingredients:

1 cup of non-fat, plain greek yogurt

1 cup flour

Optional: egg white, everything but the bagel seasoning


Directions:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F). Combine your yogurt and flour in a bowl until it creates a dough. Once pulled together, place dough on a floured countertop or cutting board and kneed for about 5-7 mins. Divide dough into 3-4 pieces depending on how large you want your bagels to be. To create the bagel shape, roll dough into a thick snake and pinch the two ends together. Place on pre prepared baking tray. If adding toppings, like everything seasoning, put a bit of egg wash on top of the bagel so it sticks. Place bagels in oven for 25-30 mins. Let cool for 30 mins before enjoying!
